How to provide a pathping

To provide us with a PathPing, should we require it, you can do the following:

1. Click Start.
2. In the search field, type CMD.
3. Right-click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator.
4. Type pathping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx > c:\pathping.txt
Replace the Xs with the appropriate server address. Use all IP addresses listed for your region.
5. Press Enter.
Allow several minutes for the pathping to complete.
6. A file will be created in your C: drive called pathping.txt.
7. Type exit and press Enter to close the command window.
