To upload files you simply need a program such as FileZilla, an FTP username and FTP password.

1. Enter your domain as your hostname.

2. Enter your FTP username.

3. Enter your FTP password.

Once you click log in you should see the message

“Status – Directory listing successful” in the logging window.

If you see username and password incorrect, then it is likely the password is incorrect or that the username entered does not exist.
