Connecting to FTP using FileZilla (Non-TLS)

If you are having trouble connecting to your FTP server using Filezilla you may have the updated client which, by default, forces TLS.

To connect to your server please do the following:

1. Open Filezilla, click "File" and select "Site manager"
2. Click on "New site"
3. In "Host" type your domain
4. Next to "Protocol" select "FTP"
5. Set "Encryption" to only use "Plain FTP" (NOT TLS)
6. Enter your username in "User"
7: Enter your password in "Password"
