You can reboot your server via Plesk, this is useful if you have installed some updates, want to simply "refresh" the system or in an emergency situation. The steps are the same regardless of the Operating System (Windows/Linux) and are described below for Plesk Version 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Note: Depending on the OS and what needs to be done on the reboot (install updates, disk check etc) a server reboot can take 10-15 minutes to complete and in some circumstances longer.


Plesk 8:

Click "Server" on the left hand navigation menu

Select "Reboot" from the "PowerManagement" section

Click "Home" on the left hand menu
