To do this in Plesk you need to do the following:

1. Log into Plesk
2. Select the domain you would like to update the IP for.
3. Select the "General" Tab
4. Click on the "Change Hosting Settings" button
5. Change the IP address used in the drop down menu and then click the "Update" button at the bottom of this page.
