To update the password for a domain user you need to do the following:

1. Log Into Plesk
2. Click on Domains to list the domains
3. Click on the domain you'd like to update
4. click on the "Web hosting Access" button and in here you can set a password for the domain user.

Once you've done this you can use this user and the new password.
