To access the file manager in Plesk, please do the following:

1. Log into Plesk

2. Select the domain you would like to FTP to

3. Click the "Websites and Domains" tab

4. Click on "File Manager"

5. In here you can update the permissions for directories and files as well as create new ones.

6. When you create a new file or directoy it will be created in the directory currently shown in the view.

Once you have created folders, you can use them on your website or using our guide below, create FTP accounts to access the new folders.
