You can manage and configure watchdog notifications by doing the following:

1. Log into Plesk.
2. Click on "Extensions" in the left menu
3. Click on "Watchdog"
4. here are your Watchdog service details, Click on the "Preferences" tab.
5. Update the email address you would like notifications going to and click on "Apply" to save.
