If you have a backup package with us you can view the status of the backup via your billing control panel. 


Once you are logged into your billing control panel, click "SERVICES" from the menu bar, and then click "My Services"


In the main window you will see a list of your products and services you have with us. Locate the name of your server from the list and then click it. 

Tip: Use the search bar on the upper right of the table to quickly find your services.



On the left hand menu you should now see "Backup Status", click this.


You will now be able to view the status of your backup for this server, including the last completed date, next run date, space utilisation, and number of recovery points.
